Joe, never have I been this satisfied with a contractor of any kind.
Recently, I purchased a small log cabin that was originally erected in the early 1980s. Going into this project, I was aware of a leaking roof and a small amount of visible wood decay. May contractors did not want to bid on the roof replacement because they were unwilling to work on a nontraditional and unfamiliar building structure. The only contractor that bid on my roof replacement project came in with pricing that was 25% of the price I paid for the property, cabin and outbuildings – altogether!
That bid caused me to second guess my cabin purchase. Did I make a financially poor purchase decision? A few days later, I rallied and began searching the internet for “how to” sites. Since that day, I have not had one issue with Joe, his crews or the cabin project. Joe is a man of his word, responsible, accountable and always able to be contacted by his customers. I say customer when I should be saying friends. Joe starts out as you contractor and within a few short weeks Joe becomes a true friend who cares about you, your project dreams and your project budget.
My cabin project started with a quality insulated metal roof. It has since parlayed into new windows, trim, HVAC, chinking/caulking, sealing/waterproofing and may addition small projects. I now have a comfortable getaway. Thanks Joe! With all this work completed, Joe has yet to approach the original contractor’s bid for the roof replacement alone. Joe is a fair man providing excellent quality craftsmanship and materials along with his personal touch and vision. I dare you to find a more competent builder.
